RETURNS & REFUNDS
- If your package is lost or arrives with missing items, we will issue a full refund.
- If you’re not happy with your purchase or our product arrives damaged, you can return items for refund within 7 days of receiving them.
- You must provide video proof (starting with the package sealed) to prove the item was missing or damaged upon arrival.
- The items must be returned in new, unworn condition with the hang tag still attached.
- Refunds are processed only after we have received your return package. We do not issue refunds while the item is still in transit back to us. Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.
